At Hillbrook we are made from stories!

We are absolutely thrilled to have been awarded 2nd prize in the prestigious World Book Day competition, enjoying a prize of £3000 worth of books! 

This year, thousands of schools nationwide were challenged to use Oliver Jeffers new book, 'A Child of Books' for inspiration for a display promoting a love of reading. For the creation, masterminded by our talented Art teacher Jasmin Dwyer, children, parents and staff worked together to create miniature 3D houses focused around a favourite story. 

This is a fantastic achievement for Hillbrook! Thank you to everyone who got involved in making this such a success. Special thanks go to Miss Dwyer for her hard work and commitment to the project.
